I am a certified grief counsellor and family grief counsellor. In individual sessions, we will work together to unfold and understand the grieving process. I will support you in finding (or providing) the resources to live a good and meaningful life with grief.

My objective is to help you to develop confidence in addressing grief. Sensitively, and using scientifically researched methods, I will work side by side with you to achieve this aim.

MY CLIENTS

I work with children, young adults, adults and families. In grief counselling, a variety of methods and resources come into play: with adults, there is often a focus on conversation; with children, I am more likely to use a creative approach, including books, stories, and games. The choice of methods is determined by individual needs.

I also work with people who are supporting a friend or relative who is grieving, by suggesting concrete things you can do and say to help them.

FIRST CONTACT AND NEXT STEPS

Would you like my help? You can write me an email or call me – whichever you prefer. Our introductory conversation (free of cost) will be over the phone. If you decide you would like us to work together, we will arrange a session either at your home or my practice.

With families and children, I am happy to work in the familiar surroundings of their home.

COSTS

The introductory, non-binding conversation by telephone is free of cost.

If, following this conversation, you would like me to work with you, I charge CHF 120 per hour. Experience shows that each session will last approximately 90 minutes.

In cases of financial difficulty, I am happy to help you explore potential external assistance.
